Julian Delgado is a seasoned professional in the field of property appraisal and tax representation, currently serving as a Property Tax Representative at EOG Resources since August 2024. Prior to this role, Julian worked at Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. as a Mineral Appraiser, where responsibilities included evaluating the profitability and economic viability of leases and utilizing decline curve analysis software for production forecasts. Experience also includes working as a Residential Appraiser for the San Patricio and Webb County Appraisal District, focusing on home valuation and taxpayer education regarding Texas Property Tax Code.
