Earlier, as the Regional Team Lead for EMEA, Andras managed a team of technicians while nurturing cross-functional partnerships, facilitating service delivery, and maintaining equipment standards. Prior experience at Milestone Technologies, Inc. involved providing technical support for AV systems on behalf of Facebook, where responsibilities included system troubleshooting, team onboarding, and process development. Andras holds a diploma in Industrial and Product Design from university education completed between 2001 and 2004.
