Gail Mc Giffin is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Insurance Advisory Lead at EPAM Systems since May 2022, where efforts focus on establishing an Advisory business leveraging 30 years of software engineering expertise. As the Founder and Principal of Gail McGiffin LLC D/B/A GEM Insurance Advisors since July 2020, Mc Giffin provides consulting services across the Property & Casualty sector. Previous roles include Chief Information & Operations Officer at Vantage Group Holdings Ltd, and Partner/Principal at Ernst & Young, among other leadership positions at ProSight Specialty Insurance, Accenture, Royal & SunAlliance USA, and Chubb. Mc Giffin holds a BA with High Honors from Colgate University, completed in 1982.
