Tim Hughes

Tim Hughes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Client Partner for Health, Life Sciences (HCLS) at EPAM Systems, responsibilities include business development and client management, as well as leading a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Previous roles include Vice President of Business Consulting and Chicago Market Lead at EPAM, Client Partner at Lextech Global Services, and CEO/Founder of Vative, LLC, where custom software solutions for medical devices were delivered. Additional experience includes positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories as Group Software Manager, co-founding AgileTek, and roles in partnerships and operations at Geneer Corporation and Efficient Market Services, respectively. Tim's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where notable service included participating in the Gulf War and receiving the Navy Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lake Forest College.
