Maurizio Salato currently serves as Vice President of Engineering and leads the Product and Technology Team at EPC Space since March 2024, after holding the position of Vice President of Application Engineering within the same company. Prior to this, Maurizio served as Director of Systems Engineering at Allegro MicroSystems, overseeing Systems and Application Engineering Teams across multiple countries. Maurizio's experience includes R&D Manager at Instrumentation Laboratory, where efforts focused on optimizing life-cycle performance of FDA-regulated products, and various leadership roles at Vicor Corporation, directing systems applications and power systems architecture. Additionally, Maurizio has held positions in business development and application engineering at Vishay and International Rectifier. Maurizio holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and a Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
