Meg Popovic, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Research at the Future of Sport Lab at Toronto Metropolitan University and as a Senior Professional Sports Manager for North America at EPIC Global Solutions, where involvement includes membership on the Pro Sport Advisory Board focusing on preventing gambling-related harm in sports. Previously, Meg held significant roles such as Performance Advisor at Leaders in Sport and Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer at NextPlayU, a talent development agency for former athletes. Experience also includes a directorial position in Athlete Wellbeing & Performance with the Toronto Maple Leafs and instructional roles at Brescia University College and Western University, garnering multiple teaching awards. Education includes a PhD in Kinesiology from Western University and a specialized seminar at the International Olympic Academy.
