Will Hockensmith

Will Hockensmith is a Senior Storage Architect at Epic since September 2007, where leadership of the customer storage success team involves collaboration with customers and the storage industry to enhance performance and reliability for Epic's advanced electronic medical record database. Prior experience includes serving as a Beowulf cluster administrator and developer at Purdue University from August 2004 to July 2007, where development of MPI programs in C++ for large, memory-intensive fractals took place on a custom-built several-hundred node cluster. Will Hockensmith also served as a Mathematics and Physics instructor. Will Hockensmith holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
