Henric Norin

Henric Norin is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Epiroc since August 2021, Henric supports HR matters within the Parts & Services division for approximately 40 leaders, focusing on attraction, development, and inspiration. Prior to this, Henric held the role of Interim Human Resources Manager at Närkefrakt, where responsibilities included developing HR processes and supporting employees and managers. Henric's significant tenure at IKEA Sverige, from December 2006 to February 2020, encompassed roles such as Market Area People & Culture Manager and HR Project Leader, where Henric played a crucial role in establishing HR functions, standardizing processes, and enhancing corporate culture.
