Michelle Scipioni

Vice President of Independent Living at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities

Michelle Scipioni has extensive work experience in the senior care industry. Michelle began their career in 1995 as a Social Worker at Lifespan of Greater Rochester and worked there for nine years. In 2004, they joined Lifetime Care as a Social Worker and remained in that role until 2008. In the same year, they transitioned to Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, where they initially worked as an Admissions Coordinator until 2012. Michelle then became the Executive Director of the organization, a position they held until 2021. Currently, Michelle serves as the Vice President of Independent Living at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities.

Michelle Scipioni completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree from SUNY Brockport in 1995. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree from Monroe Community College in 1991. Michelle also attended John Marshall High School in 1986.
