Glenn Serentas

Glenn Serentas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at ePLDT since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing systems support, overseeing enterprise systems functions, and optimizing service delivery. Prior roles include Regional Head of IT Service Delivery for APAC at Ivoclar, IT Manager at Daikin AirConditioning Philippines Inc., and Site IT Manager at Inspiro, among others. Glenn has a solid foundation in IT governance, project management, and process optimization, previously managing significant service contracts at Phil-Data Business Systems and supporting diverse IT projects across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from AMA University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Information Technology at De La Salle University.
