Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Product Development at ePlus inc. since 2008, where responsibilities include managing diverse product development teams and overseeing the design, implementation, and support of various applications. Pratik skillfully collaborates with executive management to define product strategies, roadmaps, and technology timelines. Prior to this role, Pratik held the position of Senior Manager of Software Engineering, leading a team of over 15 engineers to develop commercial software solutions. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where Pratik contributed to the development of the proprietary HR application, LMPeople.
