Philipp Peters (Ph.D.) has extensive experience in quality management and compliance. Philipp currently serves as the Head of Global Quality Management and Quality Compliance at Eppendorf Group since 2022, previously holding the position of Head of Global Quality Management from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH as the Head of Quality Management from 2017 to 2020, where they led various initiatives including the establishment of quality assurance teams and the implementation of quality management systems. Philipp also played a key role in the company's transition to a self-organized network. Before that, Philipp worked at Boston Scientific as the Head of Quality Management from 2016 to 2017 and at BIOTRONIK SE & Co. KG as the Head of operative Quality Assurance and as a Project Manager in Quality Management from 2010 to 2016. Philipp Peters (Ph.D.) has a diverse education history. In 2022 to 2023, they attended the Universität zu Lübeck, where they obtained a Manager Regulatory Affairs degree with a focus on Qualitätmanagement. Before that, from 2008 to 2010, Philipp was an external doctoral candidate at the Department of Quality Science at Technische Universität Berlin, earning their Doctor of Engineering degree. Philipp completed their Diploma in Engineering with honors in Industrial Engineering for Technical Chemistry from Technische Universität Berlin between 2000 and 2006. Philipp also spent a year (2003-2004) at BI Norwegian Business School studying International Business Administration. Philipp holds several additional certifications, including VW Software Quality Improvement Leader (SQIL) from Volkswagen AG, Interner Auditor from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V., Quality Management Representative from TÜV Rheinland AG, ASPICE Assessor from INTACS, Functional Safety Engineer from TÜV SÜD, Product Safety and Conformity Representative from Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V., and SAFe Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
