Rachel Tovey

Rachel Tovey has extensive experience in financial reporting and auditing, with a current role as Manager of Financial Reporting at EPR Properties since October 2010. At EPR Properties, a specialty real estate investment trust focused on Entertainment, Recreation, and Education, Rachel oversees financial reporting for a portfolio that includes over 200 properties across 38 states. Previously, Rachel served as Assistant Controller at EPR Properties and worked as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from September 2008 to October 2010, where responsibilities included audit testing and financial analysis. Rachel holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a degree from Graceland University.
