Heather Loftus Hicks has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Epsilon since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing various client partnerships and strategic business initiatives. Prior to this, Heather was the Founder and Executive Vice President of Product Marketing at PlanG, focusing on a consumer product that facilitates charitable giving. Heather also held several key positions at cxLoyalty, including Vice President of Product & Client Solutions, where strategic development of loyalty products was a primary focus. Earlier career phases included roles at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. Heather holds an MBA from Old Dominion University.
