Aline Coulson

Aline Coulson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and transformation, currently serving as the Director of the Digitise Program at Epworth since April 2022. Prior to this role, Aline held various leadership positions at ESTA, including Executive Director of Service Transition & Programs, and was also the Directorate Business Manager for Business & Strategy at Nillumbik Shire Council. Aline's experience in the public sector is further complemented by a strong background in project management at the Victoria State Emergency Service, AXA, and Accenture. Aline earned a Master’s degree in Business Management from emlyon business school and has additional educational experience from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
