Paul Smith is an experienced professional with a focus on product management and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Manager for Service Network Australia & Denmark at epyx Ltd. since March 2013, Paul leads the implementation of a service application in Denmark and manages the product roadmap and software quality for both Denmark and Australia. Previously, Paul held roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland from March 2006 to February 2013, including Project Manager for Lombard Vehicle Management, where responsibilities included managing business work streams and overseeing the divestment of customer portfolios worth approximately £50 million. Paul’s career journey began with roles in customer service and sales, supplemented by a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
