Steve Jenkinson has extensive experience in the automotive and customer service sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an SMR Operations Specialist at epyx Ltd. since April 2019, Steve previously worked as an Account Executive in Customer Service at Lex Autolease from July 2002, where responsibilities included managing technical authorizations and coordinating vehicle deliveries. Prior roles include Technical Adviser at Overdrive/PHH, Trainee Manager at Kwik-Fit, and Service Technician/Service Manager at Halfords Autocentres. Steve began their career as a Motor Technician and MOT Tester at Endermere Garage. Educational background includes studies at Tile Hill College and Coundon Court, complemented by foundational education at Barker Butts School in Coventry.
