Steven M. Daignault

Steven M. Daignault has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Steven M. currently serves as the CFO of EQIS Capital Management Inc. since March 2022. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Financial Director at Capital One Trade Credit. Before that, they were the CFO of BlueTarp Financial, a privately held trade credit finance company that was acquired by Capital One.

Steven M.'sexperience also includes serving as the VP Finance at Rethink Robotics from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at High Street Partners from 2010 to 2012. From 2007 to 2009, they held the position of VP Finance & Admin at envIO networks.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Ellacoya Networks as a Controller from 2000 to 2007. Steven M. played a key role in multiple financing rounds and the acquisition of Ellacoya by Arbor Networks. Steven M. also served as the Controller at Maker Communications, a publicly held semiconductor company acquired by Conexant Systems, from 1998 to 2000.

Prior to their industry experience, they worked as an Auditor at Deloitte from 1991 to 1995. Overall, Steven M. Daignault has built a strong background in finance, corporate governance, acquisitions, and financial management.

Steven M. Daignault attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting.
