Swen Schlegel

Swen Schlegel serves as a Director at EQT Group since January 2019, holding various board observer roles for companies such as Melita, Deutsche Glasfaser, evidia, Ducky, Zayo, and Osmose, while also being a member of the EQT Foundation Investment Committee. Prior to EQT, Swen worked at Citi from June 2016 to November 2018, advancing from Associate to Vice President, focusing on German M&A and ECM coverage, and advising on high-profile IPOs, including Befesa and Westwing. Academically, Swen holds two Master's degrees in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and Texas McCombs School of Business, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from The University of Western Australia and Universität Passau.
