Zach Densmore has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Zach started their career as a Completions Engineer Intern at Baker Hughes in 2010, where they gained experience in redressing downhole tools and running composite plugs for Marcellus Shale applications.

In 2011, Zach interned as a Petroleum Engineer at HG Energy LLC, where they focused on waterflood fields and designed a program for their surveillance. Zach also performed completions tasks such as perforating, cementing, and fracturing of newly drilled wells.

After that, Zach joined Chevron in 2012 and held various roles within the company. Zach started as a Production Engineer on the Kern River Technical Team, where they were responsible for maintaining base production for over 1,100 oil wells. Zach then moved on to become a Reservoir Engineer on the Applied Reservoir Management team, focusing on reserves in Chevron's Appalachian/Michigan strategic Business Unit. Later, they became an Operations Wellsite Manager, overseeing slickline operations and earning their IADC well control certification. Zach also served as a Production Engineer on the Greene & Washington county areas, managing plunger lift optimization and SCADA optimization.

Most recently, Zach worked at EQT Corporation as a Production Engineer, starting in 2023.

Zach Densmore completed their Master of Science (M.S) in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended West Virginia University from 2008 to 2012, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Zach has obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2022.
