Caroline Weiss is a seasoned booking and casting producer with extensive experience in non-scripted television and development across various media platforms. Currently serving as a Booking Producer at equalpride since March 2023, Caroline has a rich background that includes roles as a Casting Producer for various projects since May 2019, and as a Freelance Development & Marketing Producer for entertainment and corporate clients since April 2017. Previous positions include Talent Producer at TubeScience, House Manager at Nerdist Industries, Director of Book to Screen Development at Author Solutions, and managerial roles in development at Ping Pong Productions, Magical Elves, and Pilgrim Films & Television. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California and has groundwork experience in producing content for varied platforms along with a robust network of industry contacts.
