Kazuko An Wachter serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at EquiLend since April 2025, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at PrismFP. Involvement with TechGC as a member since 2021 highlights a commitment to collaboration among General Counsels. Kazuko's leadership on the Board of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) from April 2020 to April 2024 reflects dedication to advancing Asian American legal professionals. Additionally, Kazuko was a Board Member for the Arnold & Porter Alumni Alliance Advisory Board and played a pivotal role as a Founding Member of Chief, a private network for women executive leaders. Prior experience includes serving as the Legal Division Head at Moody's Analytics and an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Kazuko holds a J.D. from Temple University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
