Rikke Nagell-Kleven

Rikke Nagell-Kleven is a Senior Consultant in Business Development at Equinor since February 2024. Previously, Rikke served as the Project Manager for the Seaweed in East Anglia (SEA) project at Hethel Innovation from September 2020 to February 2024, where the focus was on establishing a sustainable seaweed industry in East Anglia. Rikke's earlier experience includes roles as an Innovation Consultant at John Innes Centre, a Biological Engineer at Oslo universitetssykehus, and a Project Assistant at Norwaco. Rikke holds an MSc in Business Management and an MSc in Molecular Medicine, both from the University of East Anglia, along with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedicine from the same institution. Rikke's educational background also includes specialized studies in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and Top Performance Sport at Asker High School.
