Paolo Balibag

Paolo Balibag is a seasoned professional in business development and account management with extensive experience in the APAC region. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Consultant at NICE Ltd since December 2018, Paolo specializes in Value Realization Services. Prior to this role, Paolo spent five years at Teleperformance as a Senior Account Manager, overseeing customer service support for a Japanese multinational telecommunications company across Southeast Asia and managing after-sales services for a construction equipment company in Asia and Oceania. Earlier positions included Account Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager at Teleperformance, as well as Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager at SPi Global, where Paolo was recognized as the Top QA Manager in 2008 and 2009. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with an emphasis on Food Technology and Chemical Technology from Far Eastern University.
