Thor Johan Haave

Thor Johan Haave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and maintenance within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Maintenance for Onshore Plants and the Equinor Operational Training Centre, Thor is focused on developing training programs to enhance leadership and operational excellence. Previously, as Vice President at Hammerfest LNG and Field Life eXtension, Thor was responsible for the safe and efficient management of LNG operations and installations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. With a solid background that includes roles at Statoil, such as Asset Manager and Offshore Installation Manager, Thor has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement. Thor holds a degree in Project Management from the University of Agder.
