Jude McCarthy

Jude McCarthy holds extensive experience in the fitness and education sectors. Currently serving as the Interim Group Fitness Manager and Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox since June 2017, Jude previously instructed group fitness at Life Time Inc. and contributed educationally at The Canterbury Episcopal School, teaching subjects including Pre-Algebra and Biology. Jude's earlier roles include Fitness Consultant at Oak Strong, where responsibilities encompassed client assessments and program development, and Wellness Director at JER CHILTON YMCA, where Jude successfully exceeded revenue goals and enhanced member engagement. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas Tech University, Jude has also led various group exercise formats and held managerial roles across several fitness facilities.
