Tania Gee

Tania Gee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Product Development & Pricing for Individual Annuities at Equitable since May 2008. In this role, Tania leads the pricing, design, and development of annuity products, overseeing their strategic innovation and implementation to meet competitiveness and financial goals. Previous positions include Head of Strategic Initiatives, where Tania ensured alignment with company objectives, and Lead Director of Annuity Product Development, focusing on product lifecycle and cross-functional team management. Prior to Equitable, Tania held various roles at AXA Equitable, culminating as Vice President, where responsibilities included competitive intelligence and annuity product development. Tania holds a degree from Montclair State University.
