Marta Ilbak has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Marta is currently the Chief People Officer at Equiti Group, where they have been since September 2022. Before joining Equiti Group, they worked at Deliveroo as the People Director for the Middle East from May 2021 to February 2022, and as the Head of People for the Middle East from December 2019 to April 2021. Prior to Deliveroo, they worked at SC Johnson as a Regional HR Business Partner for EMEA Global Product Supply from August 2017 to July 2019, and as an HR Business Partner for Commercial Functions from March 2015 to July 2017. Before that, they worked at Lekkerland AG & Co. KG as a Consultant for Corporate HR Controlling from September 2013 to February 2015. Marta began their career at Firmenich as an HR Specialist for Central Europe, Middle East & Africa from July 2008 to August 2013.
Marta Ilbak attended the University of Wuppertal from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma in Economics from the Faculty of Business and Economics. In addition, they have obtained a certification in BALINCA PRO from BALINCA™ in 2022.
