Nicholas Jessett

Nicholas Jessett currently serves as the Head of Identity and Access Management at ERCOT, leading a multi-year IAM strategy focused on evolving Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, and Privileged Access Management to align with business and cybersecurity goals. Previously, Nicholas held various positions at Accenture, including Senior Manager in Applied Cybersecurity Services, where responsibilities included the evolution and implementation of IAM solutions for global businesses and leading a comprehensive IAM Passwordless transformation. Nicholas has extensive experience in project management, having led numerous large-scale deployments and divestiture management initiatives within major oil and gas companies. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes serving as President and CEO of MKT Distillery, LLC, and Partner at Cask Branding, with a focus on branding craft beverage companies. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
