Aušrinė G. has extensive experience in logistics and education, currently serving as a Senior Logistics Coordinator for EMEA-LATAM at ergomotion® since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing transport and logistics workflows, overseeing order processing, and training new team members. Previously, Aušrinė held various roles including Logistics Coordinator and Logistics & Operations Coordinator at KALBA, as well as German Language Lecturer positions at UAB Idioma and UAB Ruptela. Additional experience includes roles in sales and insurance administration. Aušrinė is pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources Management at Mykolas Romeris University, building on a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature.
