Mark McGrory is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property litigation and business litigation. Currently serving as a Member and Secretary Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Deep Packet Inspection Consortium since July 2019, Mark has also held the position of Of Counsel at Erise IP, P.A. since July 2015. Mark's previous roles include Of Counsel at Rouse Hendricks German May PC and General Counsel at Demonstratives Inc., as well as a significant tenure as Senior Counsel at Sprint Nextel, where Mark managed class action and general business litigation. Mark began their legal career as an Associate and later became an Equity Partner at Morrison Hecker. Mark earned a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law between 1980 and 1983.
