Moisés Rangel Cardoso

Moisés Rangel Cardoso is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Director for Northern Latin America at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since November 2017, Moisés has previously held positions such as HR Manager for Mexico & Central America and HR Generalist for LATAM at ICON plc. Between June 2009 and August 2011, Moisés transitioned through various HR roles, including Senior HR Advisor at Infor Global Solutions and HR Consultant. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure as HR Generalist at Fort Dodge Animal Health (Wyeth/Pfizer) from 2002 to 2009. Moisés holds a Licenciado in Comunicación Organizacional from Universidad del Valle de México and several diplomas and certifications related to human resources and coaching from various institutions, including a recent HBDI Certification in September 2023.
