Elizabeth Hughes is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at ESCO Technologies since December 2012, Elizabeth previously held the position of Executive Compensation Manager within the same company. Prior roles include Director of Compensation at Sara Lee Bakery Group, and Senior Compensation Analyst/Manager at Earthgrains. Elizabeth also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at both Gallop Johnson & Neuman and Hussmann. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Organizational Behavior with a focus on Human Resources/Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
