Kimberly Chapman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at ESCO Technologies since March 2020, Kimberly previously held the role of Sr. Vice President & Partner, Assistant General Counsel at FleishmanHillard, where responsibilities included managing global corporate transactions and intellectual property issues. Prior experience includes acting as a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP, specializing in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and serving as an Associate at Husch and Eppenberger. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Missouri State University.
