Sam Cliff currently serves as a Programme Planner and Pricing Analyst at ESP Utilities Group Ltd, having completed four weeks in the new role as of April 2023. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Researcher at Cleantech People Ltd, focusing on the cleantech and renewables sectors from January to April 2023. Sam also gained experience as a Junior Project Assistant at Quanta Contracts Ltd between August 2021 and December 2022, and worked part-time as a Receptionist at Places Leisure from January 2017 to September 2019, accruing valuable customer service skills. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from the University of Portsmouth, earned between September 2018 and June 2021.

ESP Utilities Group
ESP Utilities Group Ltd is licensed to operate gas and electricity networks by the industry regulator Ofgem and has helped thousands across the country to make the connection. We operate the on-site infrastructure for new housing developments, for industrial and commercial premises and for communities not previously connected to the national natural gas network. Currently around 270,000 gas customers are connected to the network through pipelines operated and managed by ES Pipelines. The principal customer groups we serve are: Residential – extending the gas network to existing homes (also known as Infill), as well as adopting infrastructure for New Housing developments. Industrial and Commercial - we look carefully at each proposal to develop innovative solutions to extend the network even where previous attempts have failed.
