Shanelle McIntosh currently serves as the EV Account Lead at ESP Utilities Group Ltd, where responsibilities include managing CPO accounts to expedite grid connections. ESP Utilities Group Ltd is licensed to operate gas and electricity networks by the industry regulator Ofgem and has helped thousands across the country to make the connection. We operate the on-site infrastructure for new housing developments, for industrial and commercial premises and for communities not previously connected to the national natural gas network. Currently around 270,000 gas customers are connected to the network through pipelines operated and managed by ES Pipelines. The principal customer groups we serve are: Residential – extending the gas network to existing homes (also known as Infill), as well as adopting infrastructure for New Housing developments. Industrial and Commercial - we look carefully at each proposal to develop innovative solutions to extend the network even where previous attempts have failed.
