Alan Rex

Alan Rex is an experienced professional in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) field, currently serving as a Configuration Specialist and ArcGIS Online Support Technical Lead at Esri since May 2013. Responsibilities include assisting technical support analysts with escalated cases, acting as a liaison between software development and support teams, and mentoring new hires.
