Jorge M. is an experienced business development professional with a strong focus on national security and technology adoption throughout a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the National Security Senior BD Manager for Esri since January 2020, Jorge M. collaborates with distributors and partners to enhance the adoption of ArcGIS. Prior experience includes roles as Partner Manager for the National Government at Esri, Director of Partnership Development & Channels at NC4, and CEO/Founding Partner of D&M Worldwide. Jorge M. has held various leadership positions across notable companies such as IBM and Silver Lake Sumeru, where efforts were concentrated on investigative analysis software sales to law enforcement, military, and commercial clients. Jorge M. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from George Mason University and a certification from TESST Programming and Computer Institute.
