Renee Goodin Elliott, SPHR has a significant amount of work experience in human resources, with roles in various industries and companies. Renee'smost recent position was as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Essense of Australia, where they were a key member of the global leadership team and oversaw the HR function for a fast-growing industry leader in gown design, manufacture, and wholesaling. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Essense of Australia.
Prior to their time at Essense of Australia, Renee held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Freightquote.com for over six years. Renee also served as the Employment & Training Manager at Kansas City Life Insurance Company and as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Interstate Brands Corporation.
Earlier in their career, Renee worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Arthur J. Gallagher and as an Assistant Store Manager at Talbots. With their extensive experience in human resources, Renee has gained expertise in talent strategy, compliance, global integration, and best practices across various employee groups.
Renee Goodin Elliott, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources & International Business from The University of Kansas School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Textiles/Apparel Marketing from Kansas State University. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have also obtained certifications including Certified Administrator from The Predictive Index and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
