Michelle Larin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure law. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Essential Energy since August 2023, Michelle previously held the role of Senior Manager Legal, Construction and Major Projects at Transport for NSW, where significant contributions were made to major infrastructure projects, including the Coffs Harbour Bypass. Michelle's prior positions include Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Manager Legal and Property Services at MidCoast Council, and Legal Counsel at the Port Authority of New South Wales. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons Class I) from the University of Sydney, Michelle has developed a robust expertise in procurement, project delivery, and contract negotiation throughout a career spanning over a decade in various leading legal and managerial roles.
