Gaia Giannini has extensive experience in product service and consulting, currently serving as a Product Service Specialist and Site Initiative Leader at Essity since July 2019. Prior to this role, Gaia worked at Habble from June 2015 to July 2019 as a Functional Consultant, focusing on requirement analysis, documentation, customer management, and project support. Additional roles include Customr Service, Marketing Specialist, and an internship at Piaggio Group, along with experience in market research and retail sales at Diennea - MagNews and Benetton Group. Gaia holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Market Research and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università di Pisa.
