Kristi Seppa is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Head of the Aviation Services Department at the Estonian Aviation Academy since February 2024. Kristi's background includes significant roles at Ericsson as an Implementation Coach and Product Quality Leader, where improvement of project methodologies and cross-functional collaborations were central responsibilities. Prior experience includes management positions at PAS Aviation as Branch Manager and several key roles at Panaviatic AS, including Safety Manager and Deputy Flight Operations Manager, where Kristi oversaw safety documentation and flight operations manuals. Additional roles at Regional Jet and Nordic Aviation Academy focused on training coordination and project management for pilot training programs. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics from TalTech and applied higher education in Helicopter Piloting from the Estonian Aviation Academy.
