Melanie Naranjo

Melanie Naranjo currently serves as the VP of People at Ethena, overseeing an all-in-one compliance training platform since October 2021. In addition to this role, Melanie holds advisory positions at TroopHR and is a member of the CPO Council at Lattice, contributing to innovative HR strategies. Previously, Melanie was the VP of People & Culture at Insider Inc. from June 2015 to October 2021 and has held various roles in talent management there. Melanie began a career in education as an English teacher at EF English First and has gained experience through internships in HR at Coach and BRAG. Melanie earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Harvard University.
