Prior to joining Ethisphere, Eric spent 15 years in the Insurance and Financial Services industry, primarily in Operations while concentrating on Quality Assurance and Compliance. Most recently, Eric was responsible for the Ethics Program at Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America where he focused on Code of Conduct, Hotline and Investigations, Conflict of Interest, and advancement of the company’s Ethical Culture.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History as well as a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Dakota.
