Mahfudh Ismail

Mahfudh Ismail is an experienced guest services agent currently working at Etihad since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mahfudh served as a customer service representative at Expo 2020 Dubai from September 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations, enhancing customer service, and leading a team.
