Anna S. Han currently serves as Senior Counsel at Etsy since October 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Sony Music Entertainment, where responsibilities included oversight of global digital business for major labels. Prior experience includes serving as Attorney in the Corporate & Sales Compliance group at Pernod Ricard, and as an Associate at both Ropes & Gray LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, focusing on private equity transactions and corporate law, respectively. Anna began a career in legal marketing as an Internet Marketing Specialist at Justia, Inc. Anna holds a B.A. in English Literature and Asian Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
