Simon Baume

Simon Baume is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Eucalyptus since November 2020, responsible for overseeing commercial P&Ls in Australia and managing global internal operations across various functions including Risk, Legal, People & Talent, and Strategy & Planning. Prior to this role, Simon held multiple positions at LegalVision Australia from January 2016 to November 2020, including Head of Growth Operations and Head of Strategy, driving sales strategy and client acquisition initiatives. Early in the career, Simon contributed to strategic roles at Westpac Group and Strategy&, executing project management and operational transformations for various industries. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, along with exchange programs in law and economics at prestigious international institutions.
