Sivakumari (UMA) Jagadeesan began their education journey in 1986 at the University of Madras, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Sivakumari (UMA) completed their studies in 1989. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Annamalai University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
In addition to their formal education, Sivakumari (UMA) Jagadeesan also obtained additional certifications. In March 2012, they became a member of the Lambda Sigma Chapter and the University of Phoenix through the Delta Mu Delta - International Academic Honor Society in Business (Official). Sivakumari (UMA) further enhanced their leadership skills by attending the Leadership Programme at the INSEAD Business School in Singapore, which they completed in March 2013.
