Eurocross Assistance
Iwan De Groot has held various positions in different companies, starting from being a Manager at Britain Group and Kral Super Photo, to becoming a teammanager at Avéro Achmea. Later on, Iwan transitioned to working as an Owner and trainer at Be-Excellent, a trainingsinstituut for personal development. Currently, Iwan is serving as a Quality (Lean) Consultant at Eurocross Assistance, bringing their expertise in Lean methodologies and process optimization. Throughout their career, Iwan has displayed a strong focus on continuous improvement and growth, evident in their educational pursuits such as obtaining degrees in Groepsdynamica & Trainingsskills and Transformationeel trainer, coach en mensenmanager.
Eurocross Assistance
Trend-setting in providing assistance worldwide Eurocross Assistance is a division of Achmea Eureko. For the past 26 years, it has been trend-setting in providing assistance throughout the world, such as medical help, breakdown services, but also assistance in the sphere of fire damage, storm or water damage and personal emergency services. Eurocross employs around 300 motivated staff members who work from our offices in the Netherlands, the Czech republic and Bulgaria. They work together using a carefully constructed, global network of (medical) assistants and service professionals, including doctors, salvagers, substitute drivers and contact agents. Eurocross is one of the founders of Astrum Assistance Alliance; an international alliance in which five major, independent European emergency centres have joined forces worldwide: Eurocross Assistance (Netherlands, The Czech Republic, Bulgaria), SOS International (Scandinavia), Roland Assistance (Germany), Fidelia Assistance (France) and Mobi-24 (Switzerland).
