Previous roles at EuroDev include Senior HR Manager and Medior HR Manager, focusing on strategic advisory and compliance within employment practices across Europe. Prior to this, Carl held senior positions at Labour Dynamics, managing HR and employee relations, and contributed to the Namibian Employers Association in dispute resolution. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, ongoing PhD studies in Economic and Management Sciences, and various degrees from North-West University and Tilburg University.
